Strata
Strata is an enterprise-wide customer decisioning platform that allows organizations to measure decision strategies during the life of a loan. CGI has been granted eight U.S. patents for the decision management innovations built into Strata. Features include:

• Segmentation of the customer base according to customer value or other criteria such as credit risk or vulnerability
• Use of quantitative models to measure or predict such functions as customer value, profitability, risk, vulnerability and propensity to buy
• Experimentation of different decisioning strategies and the evaluation of the effectiveness of these strategies

ACLS
ACLS is a comprehensive online, real-time lending system that supports processing for virtually any type of retail consumer credit product. This customer-focused credit servicing platform enables financial institutions to rapidly and efficiently introduce new credit products or refine existing ones. Additional features include:

• Maintains complete customer profile data and links multiple credit products to a single customer to identify all contingent liabilities
• Captures demographic information for a virtually unlimited number of secondary borrowers and co-makers for each credit product
• Supports all major types of consumer lending products and creates innovative products and services through management-defined parameters
• Accommodates virtually any organizational structure and can be easily adapted to reflect changes resulting from M&As

CMS
CMS supports the daily collection functions of reviewing and updating accounts. Features of this solution include:

• Accounts are automatically scheduled for review using client-specific parameters
• Collection letters are system-generated and stored in CMS
• Collection activities are maintained in the system, including the ability to track manual activities
